i have vista on my laptop and i have spy crush on it i cannot even do anything as it says ‘windows explorer has stopped working’ and crashes the program then desktop dissappears and then reappears i have tried to go to uninstall the spy crush on add and remove but there is so little time for you to do a thing!!! PPL I NEED HELP!!! i cant install anything either so anti spyware will help if i can install it!!! PLZ PLZ give me sum advice as i am really P*******d off!!!
Try stoping the processes BEFORE installing the remover.
1. Press ctrl+alt+del ONCE
2. Choose start Task manager
3. Find the processes listed in removal guide and press “End process” on each of them.
4. Try to install remover.
Alternatively, you can try to install the remover in safe mode
Try installing spyware remover in safe mode. To do so:

3. Select Safe mode and press enter.
4. Login into windows VISTA as usual. you will be in the safe mode.
