    can anyone help me get rid of this please! recently got rid of the one that had a number ref in safe mode and now have this monster! Can’t find any programs that look as if it might be it and don’t have the confidence to go through the manual instructions given here. please help, i can’t afford an i.t. specialist. thanks

    I am infected with antispyware soft virus. This is shutting down any attempt to go on the net. Any suggestions as to how to download a cure?

      Use USB drive, safe mode with networking, network share or stop infected process manually.
