WorldWideCoupon - How to remove

WorldWideCoupon is an application that should give you an access to all available online shopping coupons worldwide. This comes extremely handful when shopping online and looking for the best price. It works similar to a price comparison, the only difference is that you don’t have to do this manually and you get the best price straight off. Sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it? Well, there are some enormous drawbacks of this application and you should not keep it on your computer. It is listed as a PUP (potentially unwanted program) and an adware. That means that once WorldWideCoupon is installed on your computer, you will see various advertisements on your web browser. All those coupons, deals and other commercial offers to purchase some particular goods at an optimal price rate will be displayed as pop-up, pop-under, in-text and banner ads. You should know that WorldWideCoupon is nothing more than an advertising platform and various third parties use it to promote both their services and products. The trick here is that it is available for absolutely everyone and this is why WorldWideCoupon turns from useful and handful tool into dangerous and malicious application in just a blink of an eye. Various cyber criminals, such as developers of viruses and scammers use this advertising network as well. That being said, WorldWide will not save your time or money when shopping online and you should remove it from your computer as soon as possible. We do not recommend clicking on these ads displayed by the malware even if they look extremely attractive to you. If you do so, you will be immediately redirected to the third parties websites and no one knows in what kind of troubles you might put yourself. Your computer can be infected with various viruses and other unwanted software. If you try to purchase something from one of those sites, you can easily get scammed and loose your money or private information.

You probably have puzzled it out by now that WorldWideCoupon is one program that you don’t want to see installed on your computer. If you visit their official website at www.worldwidecoupon.info you can see that there is no download button. That’s because this adware is distributed using unfair methods – bundled with other free software that can be downloaded from the Internet. So if your computer is infected with WorldWideCoupon virus, it was probably not your idea to install it and you were not even aware of it. This application works as a browser add-on that can be added to all most popular web browsers, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. It works on all versions of Microsoft Windows, starting with XP and ending with Windows 8.1. You should know that this malicious application is not only added to your web browser, but installed on your operating system as well, so you can find it on Control Panel. There is also a line in their Privacy Policy stating that your personal information, such as browsing history, TOP visited sites, IP address or search queries can be tracked and used for marketing purposes. To put it simple, this means that all this data will be collected and transferred to the mentioned third parties. They adjust their ads according to the given findings and make them more engaging and attractive specially for you. There is no valid contact information (only the e-mail address) on adware’s website, so you can’t be sure who holds the responsibility for the content that is displayed to you using this browser add-on. WorldWideCoupon is not responsible for any of their ads and the developers are not filtering any of them, so it is available to everyone. Even though WorldWideCoupon is not officially a virus that can cause a lot of damage to your operating system itself, it can lead you to some more serious cyber security threats that may result in loosing your data or money, therefore it needs to be removed as soon as possible. Removal of this malicious piece of software is not very difficult so you shouldn’t bee too scared – there are several ways to do that.

WorldWideCoupon

As we have mentioned before, WorldWideCoupon is distributed bundled with other free software (or along with spammy e-mails, so beware). If you want to avoid this happening, you should be very careful during the installation of various free software downloaded from websites with a questionable reputation. Do not skip any steps (don’t just click “next” or “agree” before reading the whole thing) and always opt out to a custom or advanced install mode if possible. This will allow you to see all available options. Look for additional software – if you see that something that you are not aware of is being installed alongside – do not allow it as it can possibly be an adware or other malware. If it is too late and your computer is already infected, you should wait no more and take needed actions to remove WorldWideCoupon right now. We highly recommend scanning your computer with a trustworthy anti-malware, such as Spyhunter or malwarebytes (it is also recommended to do this regularly on a weekly basis). It will detect and remove WorldWideCoupon adware automatically. In case you don’t want to use any additional software, there is a way to perform this manually. Even if you are just a beginner with computers, you will be able to remove WorldWideCoupon manually if you follow our step-by-step WorldWideCoupon virus removal guide given below.

  1. I followed all the steps here, and on a few other pages, I removed it from Chrome, and had Malware Bytes get rid of it, yet it keeps returning to my chrome extensions when I restart my computer. How do I get rid of it permanently? It also doesn’t appear in my control panel at all.
