iWebar - How to remove

iWebar

iWebar is an adware program that is installed to computers without users’ approvals. The application is presented as a great tool that enhances you browsing by finding what you are looking for with less clicks and searches. However, it is not that useful as it claims to be. In fact iWebar is classified as a harmful adware that interrupts your work on Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.

The application is usually installed together with various freeware, for example, video players, PDF creators, download managers and so on. Some programs that include iWebar bundle are DVDXPlayer 3.2, Fast Free Converter, Video Media Player 1.1, Youtube Downloader HD etc. To protect your computer from downloading this adware you have to pay more attention to your downloads. You may agree to add iWebar if you simply go through the installation steps without actually reading what they say. You should always deselect any options that indicate about additional unknown downloads.

If your computer has already been infected with iWebar, you will see its activity every time you browse the Internet. The program constantly displays ads that offer getting coupons or discounts for your purchases online. These messages often show up on shopping websites, like Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, etc., as it increases the chances that users will click on them. Every ad by iWebar contains a sponsored link, and if you click on it, you will make financial benefit for their creators.

Since a constant flow of popups is very disturbing and you can end up visiting malicious websites after clicking on them, it is recommended to remove iWebar from your computer once you detect it. Below we provide a guide of how to do it.
