Besides EntertainmentNewsNow’s lacking features, its biggest problems are that it’s bad for privacy and that it restricts browser customization.

EntertainmentNewsNow also puts ads on your new tab – sponsored links to AliExpress, Booking.com, and some other sites. It also logs your data, especially if you use its search box:

• Search queries (potentially including your personal data)
• Browsing history (including which results and ads you click on)
• Your IP address, location, language
