How to remove WinBlueSoft?

What is WinBlueSoft?

WinBlueSoft is a fake spyware remover and a clone of the rogue anti-spyware WiniBlueSoft. This parasite relies on trojans, such as Zlob or Vundo, to enter the system. The most common way of infection is by downloading a video codec, supposedly needed to view one or another video online. WinBlueSoft uses misleading advertising to trick users into purchasing it’s so-called “licensed version”.

Upon entering the system, WinBlueSoft will flood the user with popups and fake system notifications, supposedly to inform him of an infection or multiple infections present on the system. This information may coincidentally be true, but WinBlueSoft has neither the ability to detect nor remove any of the threats and should therefore be ignored. Much like any other rogue, WinBlueSoft performs fake system scans, which produce greatly exaggerated results, oftentimes containing false positives. As if all of this isn’t enough, this parasite might also hijack the browser and significantly decrease system performance.

WinBlueSoft is a scam and should be treated as such: do NOT download or buy it and block its homepage using your HOSTS file.

WinBlueSoft is classified as Rogue Anti-Spyware. After infecting a user’s system, it proceeds to scare its victim into buying the “product” by displaying fake security messages, stating that your computer is infected with spyware and only WinBlueSoft can help you to remove it after you download the trial version. As soon as the victim downloads WinBlueSoft trial version, it pretends to scan your computer and shows a grossly exaggerated amount of non-existent errors. Then, WinBlueSoft offers to buy the full version to fix these false errors. If the user agrees, WinBlueSoft does not only fix the errors, but it also takes the user’s money and may even install additional spyware into the victim’s computer.

Some Rogue Anti-Spyware, such as WinBlueSoft, may offer users to buy it after the victim clicks on a banner or a pop-up while surfing the internet. It then proceeds to download or even install WinBlueSoft, which is another way for Rogue Anti-Spyware to spread itself.

Most of rogue Anti-Spyware, such as WinBlueSoft, is nearly impossible to remove manually.
