Andrew: Hitman pro is not free - it is a free trial. Thats quite a difference. Also, It is a scanner only, and does not protect from infections in the future. Do not get me wrong - Hitman Pro is superb tool, but from infection protect Spyware Doctor (full version preferably) or Malwarebytes (paid version).
We would see far less infections if people would use anti-malware tools with real-time protection or internet security suites of good companies.

I also used hitman pro 3.5 instead of spydoctor and it worked perfectly to remove win 7 antispyware. And it was free. I found malwarebytes was blocked from installing by the virus.

Stephen:
You commented on old parasite. It is no longer active and replaced by Win 7 Antispyware 2011, which can be found here : http://www.2-viruses.com/remove-win-7-antispyware-2011 .
We recommend performing manual removal of the program (pw.exe) or stopping its processes. Only then install and update removal software, be it Spyware doctor, malwarebytes or hitman pro to remove trojan downloaders that installed this rogue in first place. It is critical to update programs before scan.
