When a step you described didn't work right the first time, it was because I didn't execute it properly. As soon as I fixed my mistake, everything went as planned. I did have to pay for the Spyware Dr., but I think it was a small price to pay for such a nasty virus and relatively easy to fix (at least no computer hospital visit!!). Keep up the good work.
