‘Bought Spyware Doctor to get rid of the “Resident Shield Alert” but it “could not completely clean files” and then, in addition to the original problem, I’ve, twice in 12 hours, had to get new passwords to sign into my email account.

Spyware Doctor did eliminate several malware “bugs” and find the files where the “Resident Shield Alert” is still resident but I don’t know if I can safely delete the files. I’ve asked them to fix the problem or give me a refund. We’ll see what happens today.

I had the same exact situation… Got rid of xp internet security and like 2 days later…. AVG Resident shield!! It’s a good thing I know this are so fallacious right off the bat. WIsh i could get my hands on the nerds making these.

I have just gotten rid of the XP Internet Security Rogue(av.exe)and now i have the Resident Shield popping up. This is ridiculous. I have avg free and its not catching these things. this is ridiculous.
