Spybot S&D as well as SpyDoctor -- advertised here -- caught all the other instances but this one constantly reports it is in use by another process and cannot be touched either in safe mode or regular mode so far. I only have a few things left to try and am getting very frustrated. So on rebooting -- everything is back!
