ReportLady virus - How to remove

ReportLady virus

ReportLady virus is an adware program that displays pop up messages with coupons while computer users are browsing the Internet. The messages mainly appear while visiting such websites like Facebook, Google, Amazon, eBay, etc. Basically, you will see a notice that contains some coupon with a discount or an offer saying that it was brought by ReportLady.

The program is distributed bundled with other software that people usually download from the Internet for free. This way a computer user is almost never aware of the unwanted application infiltration. However, it is possible to avoid such programs to be installed by default, if you are a bit more attentive with your downloads. Usually if you follow every step of the installation, you will see what additional programs are bundled with the main one. You should opt out installing any unknown applications. If you skip this step, they will be installed to your system automatically.

The purpose of ReportLady virus is to make money by redirecting to certain commercial websites and also to create traffic there. Usually, if you click on its ad you will be redirected to some unknown webpage that will offer purchasing some products or advertise something. Beware that ReportLady virus can also track your browsing activity and send this information to the remote server where it will be later used for marketing purposes.
