I purchased the $29.00 six month "protection". However, when I went to enter my activation code, it just said "Invalid key". I have phoned their number several times. Was on hold for 13 minutes once, and 41 minutes today. Noone ever answered. Just music playing and "you're caller #2, etc". I e-mailed their "customer service" many times. No answer. This, from a service claiming 24/7 customer assistance. Yeah right. I'm furious that they have my money, and I have nothing. What can I do???? STAY FAR AWAY FROM MALWARRIOR!!!!
