Followed all instructions of manual deleting. Did not find HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\SimpleShlExt in the registry as there was one file only. All new icons have been removed from desktop. Still getting Security Center Alert messages every 3-5 minutes and printing interruptions. I have got Malware Defense 29.12.2009.

Rather pointless downloading something on a second computer that can access the net, transferring it over to the infected computer that can't access the net for the application to have to access the net before it will work.
