Lsas.Blaster.Keyloger is been installed in my pc, and on every application it shows security tool warning and doesn’t let me do any work. please help me

My wife downloaded PC SpeedScan PRO or Security Tool. We were getting the messages that the worm was infecting our computer and even cause it to stop working. I rebooted in safe mode and removed the program, by right clicking shortcut to find file location and deleting it. Now the computer works like normal.
