How to remove LiveKill?
What is LiveKill?
LiveKill is a rogue anti-spyware program, just like any other rogue scam. LiveKill is a fake spyware removal tool, which uses various scare tactics, such as displaying popups and fake system notifications supposedly to "inform" you of an infection, which is more than likely non-existent, but plays it’s role as the boogeyman quite well and lures many gullible users to buy the "licensed version" of this self-proclaimed best anti-spyware solution.
LiveKill usually infects the system by using Trojans, which install the parasite by exploiting browser security holes. The most common source of infection is the infamous Zlob Trojan and many of it’s other variations (such as yesterday’s Emotigt Toolbar). LiveKill’s homepage is nowhere to be found (a.k.a googled) most likely to further reassure the otherwise less apparent fact that LiveKill is indeed an utterly obvious scam.
…Which leads us to the self-explanatory conclusion that LiveKill sucks and must die. Do NOT download or buy it and if you have it – remove it.

LiveKill is classified as Rogue Anti-Spyware. After infecting a user’s system, it proceeds to scare its victim into buying the “product” by displaying fake security messages, stating that your computer is infected with spyware and only LiveKill can help you to remove it after you download the trial version. As soon as the victim downloads LiveKill trial version, it pretends to scan your computer and shows a grossly exaggerated amount of non-existent errors. Then, LiveKill offers to buy the full version to fix these false errors. If the user agrees, LiveKill does not only fix the errors, but it also takes the user’s money and may even install additional spyware into the victim’s computer.
Some Rogue Anti-Spyware, such as LiveKill, may offer users to buy it after the victim clicks on a banner or a pop-up while surfing the internet. Usually, a Trojan is installed to a victim’s computer after clicking on the advertisement. It then proceeds to download or even install LiveKill, which is another way for Rogue Anti-Spyware to spread itself.
Most of rogue Anti-Spyware, such as LiveKill, is nearly impossible to remove manually.
