Internet Antivirus Pro is classified as Rogue Anti-Spyware. After infecting a user’s system, it proceeds to scare its victim into buying the “product” by displaying fake security messages, stating that your computer is infected with spyware and only Internet Antivirus Pro can help you to remove it after you download the trial version. As soon as the victim downloads Internet Antivirus Pro trial version, it pretends to scan your computer and shows a grossly exaggerated amount of non-existent errors. Then, Internet Antivirus Pro offers to buy the full version to fix these false errors. If the user agrees, Internet Antivirus Pro does not only fix the errors, but it also takes the user’s money and may even install additional spyware into the victim’s computer.
Some Rogue Anti-Spyware, such as Internet Antivirus Pro, may offer users to buy it after the victim clicks on a banner or a pop-up while surfing the internet. Usually, a Trojan is installed to a victim’s computer after clicking on the advertisement. It then proceeds to download or even install Internet Antivirus Pro, which is another way for Rogue Anti-Spyware to spread itself.
Most of rogue Anti-Spyware, such as Internet Antivirus Pro, is nearly impossible to remove manually.

Can this spyware be removed manually from all the manual instructions I have been seening online?
Yes James while a bit late replying it can easily be removed manually.
But I’d still suggest running an up to date AV scan on the computer afterwards.
I helped a friend manually remove this piece of crap from her computer, but it went down fighting, the system is clean but now most internet programs won’t work.
Only thing She can get to connect is Windows Live Messenger, IE7 and Firefox will say after running a Network Diagnostic
“Windows cannot connect to the internet using HTTP, HTTPS or FTP. This is probably caused by firewall settings on this computer. Check the firewall settings for the HTTP port (80), HTTPS port(443) and FTP port (21)”
A problem caused by this program that some may not be aware of.
Now trying to find a fix for this problem, something so far I can’t find answers for.
doomed I have the same problem. Just decided to reinstall windows
