    I cant even connect to the internet anymore because of this thing. I have to use another computer so I cant even download the program. am I screwed?

      Try registration code, then disable proxy server. Internet should work fine. If not, use usb drive and run TDSS killer first. IF SD does not find anything, try other tools (in sidebar). MBAM, Hitman pro,SAS,etc.

    i CANNOT GET THE SPYDOCTOR SOFTWARE TO OPEN. i CANNOT REACH THE TASK MANAGER SETTING EITHER. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

      Rightclick on executable and choose run as administrator.
      Also, you can try rebooting into safe mode with networking

    I also must use another computer. I am never allowed into the internet except when choosing a favorite then only my bank will come up. What is the registration code, where do I find it and what do I do. I really need step by step help!

      Michael: read guide.
      Disable proxy server in your browser on infected PC.
      Then scan with removal software (check our sidebar for more choices).
      Delete what they find.

    Look for qcp.exe in system32 folder and delete all references in the registry plus anything in “user/appdata” etc. This latter is not important as once qcp.exe is removed the whole problem is removed. This applies to the latest version of 2011. If in doubt check the running services and stop qcp.exe, you should see a change in security center etc. If you don’t see qcp.exe as a service you have an earlier version which is easily found on other websites
