Get reputable anti-spyware program like SpywareDoctor (one we recomend), Malware bytes anti-malware, counterspy, superantispyware. My personal experience is that Spyware Doctor has highest removal ratio when i needed it, but other listed programs are good too. In most cases fake popups is a sign of bigger security risks than the product they promote, as they download other parasites as well. You got infected with trojans/adwares that produce the fake popups.
