      Joyce Lunnon: The shortcuts to empty programs will be in subfolder of your %TEMP% folder.
      The you should fake-register Hard Drive Diagnostics and then scan your program with Spyware Doctor or Malwarebytes.

    i have a virus calling themselves by the name of SMART ….. there is no help and support option
