If DrAntispy is a scam/fraud program which generates false errors, etc., why hasn't the company been investigated and/or punished?

drantispy popped up on my computer, and though Im not very proficient in the new area if such things, it took me about four hours of hunt and destroy before I actually eliminated the programs from the systems. The only thing I was not able to remove was the part controlled by the icon, which of course re-introduces/ reconnects to the program when internet connection is reestablished. After becoming aware of the infection, I unpluged from the land line, eliminatine that issue. I find it ironic that you are preying on both the prey and the preditor, but I do appriciate the info and will consider using it only after proper evaluation.
PS. the email is my junk email that I have at my public library and never used @ home.
