  5. Search for ‘browser.newtab.url’. Right-click and reset. This will make sure that the search page won’t launch on each new tab.

On Google Chrome:

  1. Click 3 horizontal lines icon on browser toolbar;
  2. Select Settings;
  3. Select Basics ->Manage Search engines;
  4. Remove unnecessary search engines from list;
  5. Go back to settings. On Startup choose open blank page ( you can remove undesired pages from the set pages link too).

Please note, it is very important to scan your computer with a reliable antimalware program after Dfs.pathdone.net popup is removed as it might be your system got infected with viruses while having it.

  1. Thanks for your response and excuse my ignorance but for example where do I find Firefox extensions as per your suggestion.

    I did not buy the Spyware because it took 25 minutes to load. I have got Regcure and have a choice between Malawaire and Hitman. Is it better to use the Malawaire due to it’s 24 hr monitoring?

  2. Spyhunter installs latest version and updates, so that is why it takes so long. Other anti-malware utilities are smaller, though I assume they have smaller DB.
    For firefox, go to Firefox->Addons. Look under plugins and extensions.

    Having got your latest scam email information I wanted to send you copies of two emails that I received today, but I do not know what email address I can send them to. There are links on the emails which could be bogus and I want you to have a look to protect your other members. The employment deal looks great, but I suspect is bogus.
