Killing "cs.exe" is only a temporary measure, it WILL restart - don't be fooled. After trying this "fix", go to the Remove Programs section of your Windows Control Panel - you'll see it's still there, but try to Remove the program and it immediately starts up again. Also check Start->All Programs, you'll probably see a folder called CSec - that's where Cyber Protection Centre has installed itself. Of course, there's no uninstall option. My fella accidentally downloaded it and now our whole OS id knackered! CAn't even load up Vista, or run the laptop as normal! It's a total nightmare...won't even allow you to delete the .exe files from C:\. It prompts for authentication code, which is obviously a fake thing to do! If they were hoping to make some money from me, then they'll be outta luck as I'm skint!
