For Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware:

1. Turn off computer.
2. Turn computer on and keep tapping F8.
3. On the Menu, select Safe Mode with Networking.
4. Open Internet Explorer when you go to desktop.
5. Download free version of Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware at http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php.
6. Install and Update Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware.
7. Run free scan and remove infections found (including CleanUp Antivirus.)
8. Restart computer.
9. Run Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware, run full scan, and remove any infections found (including remaining CleanUp Antivirus.)
10. Restart computer again.
11. Run Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware and delete the quarantine list.

For Spyware Doctor:

1. Follow steps 1-4 from the topic Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware.
2. Download Spyware Doctor.
3. Install and Update Spyware Doctor.
4. Run a scan and when Spyware Doctor detects any infections like CleanUp Antivirus, remove them.
5. Restart computer.
6. Run Spyware Doctor and delete the quarantine list.
