What I did was just rename that file (added a .DEL to the end of it).  Then I performed all the other steps and rebooted.  Once rebooted, I could go in and delete that file.</description>

		<description>I have removed all references to pSecurity, personal security, etc as well as ctfmon.exe and DLG.exe. I can&#039;t remove the dll file as it appears to always be in use. My Virus guy is telling me I have to reload my Operating system. Do I have any other recourse?</description>
