I have removed all references to pSecurity, personal security, etc as well as ctfmon.exe and DLG.exe. I can’t remove the dll file as it appears to always be in use. My Virus guy is telling me I have to reload my Operating system. Do I have any other recourse?
@Maureen SIderis
Maureen,
What I did was just rename that file (added a .DEL to the end of it). Then I performed all the other steps and rebooted. Once rebooted, I could go in and delete that file.
